İHH gönüllülerinin önemli bir kısmını gençler oluşturmaktadır. Ortaöğretimde, üniversitelerde hatta öğretmen ve velilerin teşvikiyle kreş ve anaokullarında vakfımızın projelerine destek olmak için öğrenciler kendi imkânları ile bir takım çalışmalar gerçekleştirmiştir. Gençlerin gönüllülük esasına göre yaptığı bu faaliyetlerin düzenli, planlı, programlı, devamlı hale gelmesi sağlayacak ve gelecekteki gönüllüleri yetiştirecek olan çalışmaların tümü Genç İHH olarak kurumsallaşmıştır.
