**NEW STATUTORY NAME**
Following a strategic review, GE Artesia Bank has decided to return its banking license, effective 30 December 2015, to the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). GE Artesia N.V. is the new statutory name of GE Artesia Bank. GE Artesia N.V. continues to be licensed for a limited time as a Financial Service Provider (Credit Provider and Insurance Intermediary), regulated under the supervision of the AFM.
