GamFed Uluslararası Oyunlaştırma Konfederasyonu kâr amacı gütmeyen dünya çapında oyunlaştırma bilgisi ve farkındalığını arttırmayı amaçlayan, sektördeki uygulayıcı, satıcı, danışman ve eğitimcilerin çıkarlarını gözeten ve oyunlaştırmayı teşvik eden bir kuruluştur.
Ercan Altuğ Yılmaz tarafından Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi Oyun Tasarımı Bölümünde Öğretim Görevlisiyken kurulan Trükiye'nin ilk oyun topluluğu, Gamification Meetup, Gamification Hackathon, Gamification Turkey gibi global etkinlikleri düzenleyerek oyunlaştırma alanına katkı vermiştir. Yu-kai Chou, Roman Rackwitz, Ricardo Lopez, Jasmin Karataş, Guy Halfteck gibi isimleri Türkiye'de ağırlamıştır.
