Gaggia Professional

It was the years-long quest to create the perfect espresso by the Italian barista Achille Gaggia, in the Milan of the Thirties, that gave birth to one of the most representative Italian brands in the world.

In 1938 Achille Gaggia filed the patent that revolutionized the way of extracting the aromas from coffee, and allowed us to taste the espresso with crema layer, a unique pleasure since then synonymous with the perfect Italian espresso. For more than half a century, Gaggia has equipped both bars and houses of innovative and cutting-edge coffee machines. Beautiful and timeless products inspired by fashion, design and culture of the time.

Today, as yesterday, Gaggia's mission remains the same: to spread the tradition of Italian Espresso around the world. These values of tradition and professionalism can be found in all the machines in the Gaggia range, which combines state-of-the-art technology, sophisticated design and professional details.
