We believe the most meaningful spaces aren’t created at surface level - they emerge from deep exploration of culture, community, and identity.

Since 1985, we have challenged conventions to uncover unexpected yet intuitive possibilities, guided by curiosity, lateral thinking, collaboration, and care.

With offices in London, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and Budapest, we draw strength from our global diversity while remaining deeply sensitive to local context. We recognise that no two markets (or moments) are alike, and each project is an opportunity to craft a space that feels authentic, layered, and emotionally resonant.

Having collaborated with the world’s foremost brands in luxury hospitality, our work begins with a richer narrative and thoughtful design decisions. From first sketch to final handover, we partner closely with clients, operators, consultants, and craftspeople to create tailored, lasting, and impactful experiences. Each project is considered, intentional, and designed to leave a meaningful impression on the people and places it touches.
