G.A. Paper International Inc. is a privately owned trading company established in Canada in 1986 and the foundation of the G.A. Group of Companies — 17 offices and operating locations, with trading relationships across 132 countries.

We trade market pulp, fluff pulp, containerboard, folding boxboard, specialty paper and packaging, superabsorbent polymer and starch, alongside selected custom sourcing assignments.

A price is the simplest part of any transaction. The value sits in everything that follows it: whether the documents match the credit, whether the vessel takes the cargo, whether the buyer pays, whether the claim is settled. For forty years we have run those parts as one job rather than five — sourcing, logistics, trade finance, risk management, documentation and claims held within one relationship.

We are privately owned and independently managed, which means the person who sells you the cargo is the person still answering the phone at discharge.
