Friction One operates a vertically integrated manufacturing platform consisting of over 3 million square feet of manufacturing facilities in China and Mexico, supported by distribution in the United States and R&D resources in North America and Europe. Our disc foundry and machining operations utilize advanced automation, robotics, and coating technologies, while its friction manufacturing integrates advanced friction formulations, automated positive-mold press lines, and in-house production of backing plates, shims, and hardware using high-grade materials to deliver OEM-level performance and consistency.

With annual capacity of 35M+ brake pad sets, 30M+ brake discs, and 6M+ brake shoe sets, Friction One supports 15,000 SKUs and 99% global vehicle coverage across 70+ countries.
