Foundry An

Foundry An has been casting iron and steel in Konya, Türkiye since 1990, and

supplies industrial customers across Europe.

We pour grey cast iron (EN-GJL), ductile iron (EN-GJS) and cast steel in our

own foundry, using green sand and resin sand moulding. Aluminium castings are

supplied through a network of qualified partner foundries. That network is why

we can quote aluminium alongside iron and steel, and take on volumes a single

plant could not.

Machining is not subcontracted. Castings are finished on our own CNC equipment,

so one supplier is accountable from the pattern to the finished part — and a

dimensional problem is found and corrected in the same building where it was

created.

Every batch is checked in our own laboratory: chemical analysis, mechanical

testing and non-destructive testing.

Foundry An is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (certificate MTS-51752, SIGMACERT

DOO).

We work from prototype quantities through to large series for the automotive,

industrial machinery, hydraulics, energy and defence sectors — always to the

customer's drawing.

Send a drawing and we will come back with a quotation.
