Fortem Solutions

As Social Housing Experts, we strive to raise the bar and provide safe, warm and decent homes for people to live in.

Fortem delivers a range of internal and external repairs on a 24/7 basis, as well as high-quality voids, planned installations and gas services by a national team of committed and driven professionals, supported by intelligent use of data and technology. We deliver complex Capital Works projects to enhance homes, with precision and minimal disruption to residents. Our turnkey Retrofit service provides technical know-how alongside operational excellence, in partnership with social housing landlords.

We are a Willmott Dixon Group Company. As such, we benefit from the credibility and recognition associated with a large and long-established brand – whilst as a standalone business within the Group, we maintain the flexibility to adapt our services to meet the unique challenges of the social housing marketplace.

Our ethos that Every Home Matters means clients can trust us to deliver quality and always do the right thing.
