Le FNI Fonds National d'Investissement est une Institution Financière Publique Spécialisée, dotée d'un capital de 275 Milliards de DA. Elle est issue de la restructuration de la banque Algérienne de Développement, créé par la loi N°63 165 du 7 mai 1963, modifiée et Complétée.
Nos missions sont :
1/ Des financements sur ressources propres : l'offre de financement du FNI est destinée aux entreprises et investisseurs du secteur privé et public, elle propose :
- Prise de participation
- Crédit d'investissement
- Octroi de garantie
2/ Gestion des financements pour compte : L'autre mission du FNI est de gérer les prêts octroyés sur ressources du trésor aux entreprises publiques dans le cadre du financement de projets hautement structurants.
