foflo

At foflo, we believe that contribution is the foundation of progress. Everything we build is designed to unlock and enhance the flow of human contribution, making work more connected, purposeful, and powerful.

The Team Tool

Our flagship system, the Team Tool, helps teams thrive under pressure by surfacing and solving the root causes of fragmentation and misalignment. It measures two critical forces; Division (team cohesion) and Drift (strategic alignment), and transforms them into actionable insights. Built around the principle of “looking out for each other”, the Team Tool enables high-stakes teams to operate with unity, clarity, and care.

Quality of Contribution (QoC)

QoC is the metric that powers it all. It measures a team’s real-time ability to contribute, not in terms of effort, but effectiveness. By capturing how well people are connected to each other and to their goals, QoC reveals whether the conditions exist for meaningful progress. It is a leading indicator of performance, and a radically human-centred approach to delivery.
