FIRSTPICK
Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals in Lithuania
Overview
FIRSTPICK is a first-check VC fund backing Baltic founders at inception and pre-seed.
We’re a generalist early-stage fund with a strong focus on AI-first software. We write first checks of €100K-€500K and back founders with follow-on capital up to €1M.
We provide capital plus real support from day one. FIRSTPICK combines investment with know-how through its platform - a strong 250+ founder community, experienced operators, and hard-earned playbooks. We work side by side with founders from idea to early growth.
FIRSTPICK is backed by private investors, the founding team, and the Lithuanian state-financed ILTE fund, as part of Accelerator 2, funded by the European Union NextGenerationEU.
