First Focus NZ

Your IT provider keeps the lights on. But is your business becoming faster, smarter, more secure, and more productive because of them?

That’s the difference CORE makes.

CORE is a managed AI, IT, and security service designed for businesses operating in the AI era. Instead of simply supporting infrastructure, we help organisations adopt AI safely, automate workflows, strengthen security, govern data properly, and improve productivity across the business.

Because modern businesses don’t just need IT support anymore. They need a technology partner that helps them operationalise AI.

With CORE, your business gets:

✓ Managed AI adoption across Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Claude, or Hatz

✓ AI workflow design and business automation

✓ Essential 8 Maturity Level 1 aligned security

✓ Data governance and managed SharePoint

✓ AI and security training built around your real workflows

✓ Same-day SLA IT support

✓ Strategic Technical Account Management

✓ Managed onboarding, support, and optimisation

✓ Service requests under 4 hours included

Most MSPs are still built around infrastructure management. CORE was built around productivity, governance, automation, and business outcomes.

Every CORE client receives a dedicated support pod that understands their environment, plus a Technical Account Manager focused on one key question:

“What are we improving this month?”

Beyond CORE, First Focus also delivers cloud infrastructure, connectivity, unified communications, software development, procurement, and strategic consulting.
