FESCO, Ltd

FESCO, Ltd. is a diversified energy services company providing quality equipment and experienced personnel to the oil and gas industry since 1949. Headquartered in Alice, Texas, FESCO operates 17 locations and brings 77 years of industry experience to its comprehensive range of completion, wireline, production, laboratory, and pipeline services. By packaging these services through one experienced provider, FESCO delivers integrated solutions tailored to each customer’s operational needs.

W. E. (Bill) Findley, Jr. founded FESCO as Findley Engineering Service Company in 1949. Together with Garman Kimmell of KIMRAY, Inc. in Oklahoma City, he developed a portable laboratory known as the Split Stream Lab Truck, designed to determine optimum separation conditions for gas-condensate wells directly at the well site. This practical, customer-focused innovation laid the foundation for the company’s continued growth and diversification.

From these humble beginnings until his passing in 2018, Bill Findley guided FESCO’s evolution into a diversified oilfield service company. During his leadership, the organization expanded to more than 1,100 employees and 21 district offices across four states. Today, FESCO continues that legacy through its 17-location network, combining decades of technical knowledge with experienced personnel and quality equipment.

At the heart of FESCO’s business is a commitment to Client-Driven Operational Excellence. Its daily goal is to provide dependable, packaged services at a reasonable price while maintaining sound business practices and the highest standards of ethical conduct. Whether customers need an individual service or a coordinated package, FESCO brings together the people, equipment, and experience to support their operations. Package your services with FESCO. One provider. Decades of experience. A commitment to your success.
