Overview
1978 yılında sirke amaçlı bir yatırım ile FERSAN kuruldu.
1982 yılında sirke üretimiyle faaliyete geçen Fersan kısa süre sonra kurmuş olduğu turşu üretim tesisi ile Türkiye’deki McDonald’s restoranlarının tek turşu tedarikçisi konumuna geldi.
1994 yılında DEVELEY Senf & Feinkost GmbH ile ortaklık sağlayan FERSAN, Alman kalitesi ve titizliğini kendi lezzetlerine uyarladı. 1996 yılında atık su arıtma tesisi yatırımı gerçekleştirdi. Devam eden yıllarda sırasıyla turlu otomatik paketleme tesisini devreye soktu, limon sosu üretimine başladı, Türkiye McDonald's restaurantları için kesilmiş paketlenmiş taze sebze üretimine başladı.
2012 yılında tamamen DEVELEY Senf & Feinkost GmbH'nin parçası oldu ve sağlamış olduğu güç ile FERSAN, geleneksel tatların yanında farklı ve yenilikçi ürünleri ile yemeklerinize değer katmaya devam etmektedir.
1978 yılından beri İzmir'de bulunan tek fabrikasında değişmeyen kalite ve lezzeti ile sirke kategorisinde sektör lideri olan FERSAN, kalitesi, teknolojik alt yapısı, modern üretim anlayışı ve geniş ürün yelpazesiyle dünya markası olma yolunda faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.
