Exergy Solutions is a Canadian engineering, fabrication, and delivery partner that specializes in turning innovative technologies into buildable, field-ready systems. Founded in 2012, Exergy has over a decade of experience supporting clients across clean technology, energy, and mining by bridging the gap between concept-level design and real-world execution.

Exergy is best known for designing, building, and deploying first-of-kind and pilot-scale systems, particularly where technologies are novel, timelines are aggressive, and operational risk must be actively managed. Our teams bring an operator’s mindset, combining rigorous engineering with hands-on fabrication, commissioning, and site support to ensure systems perform as intended in real operating environments.

Our capabilities span process, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering, supported by in-house fabrication, advanced manufacturing (3D printing), assembly, and on-site commissioning and startup support.
