EXALCO is an integrated industrial unit producing aluminium profiles, having the capability to cover all the modern structural, architectural and customized needs. Process capabilities within our plant of 78.000 m² at privately owned land (300.000 m²) includes:
- Aluminium extrusion lines (1100tn, 1600tn, 1750tn, 2200tn, 2300tn, 2840tn) with annual capacity of 60,000tn
- Thermal-break assembly units with annual capacity of 5,000tn
- Machining units (cutting, punching)
- Anodizing unit with annual capacity of 3,500tn
- Powder coating units (RAL, special colours) with annual capacity of 18,000tn
- Sublimation "wood effect" unit with annual capacity of 3,000tn
- Standard & customized packaging
- Aluminium Recycling
