Evri

Evri Group brings together Evri, DHL eCommerce UK, customs clearance and logistics specialist Coll-8, and business letters leader UK Mail - forming the UK’s premier parcel delivery company.

Together, we deliver over 1 billion parcels and 1 billion business letters each year, connecting retailers, businesses and consumers across the UK and beyond.

At the heart of the Group, Evri is on a mission to become the most convenient way to send, receive and return parcels, without costing the earth. We partner with Europe’s leading retailers, marketplaces and pre-loved platforms, as well as millions of individuals sending everyday and special deliveries.

With roots in Yorkshire dating back to 1974, Evri has grown into an international network powered by 12,000+ employees, 30,000+ couriers, and a rapidly expanding estate of 12,000+ ParcelShops and lockers and 500+ hubs and depots.

Through the addition of Coll-8 and the integration of DHL eCommerce UK, Evri Group continues to strengthen its international capabilities, helping businesses trade globally with greater ease and efficiency.

Our commitment to service is reflected in 4 million independent 5-star Trustpilot reviews and an average courier rating of 4.6/5, putting customer experience at the centre of everything we do.
