Enterprise Recruitment

We’re in business to improve lives – our clients, candidates, and our own.

When we work together, things get better for all of us.

Most recruitment companies in New Zealand will work for anyone. It makes sense because their ultimate goal is simply to make money at any cost. Many are driven by the need to please their overseas owners and shareholders.

We’re not like that. If we believe a company is not looking after their staff, not paying them a fair amount, or simply behaving badly, we won’t work with them.

We only work with employers that truly understand the value of people and partnerships.

It’s important to remember we’re working with both employers and candidates. We know finding the right job is fundamental to people’s lives and well-being. We treat all of our candidates with respect and do our best to be as responsive and straight-up as possible.

Ultimately, we want both parties to get the best out of it, because when everyone wins it naturally creates a better, happier, safer and more stable work environment.

We’re proud to be a 100% New Zealand owned (and led) company committed to providing expertise that delivers for clients and candidates.
