Engineering Group

The Engineering Group, made up of more than 60 companies across 22 countries, has been supporting businesses and organizations for over 40 years in their ongoing evolution. This is made possible by deep expertise in processes across all market segments, strong R&I capabilities, and partnerships with leading technology players, leveraging the opportunities offered by advanced digital technologies (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence) and proprietary solutions such as the EngGPT Large Language Model, which powers IS‑IA, Engineering’s Italy’s Sovereign Intelligence Architecture.

The Group invests in and believes in human capital. Through its internal Academy, Engineering delivers continuous upskilling and reskilling programs for both employees and stakeholders.

In 2026, Engineering was also awarded the Top Employer Italy certification for the second consecutive year, the result of a significant growth journey and a constant commitment to enhancing HR policies focused on creating a work environment centered on people’s well‑being.
