Encore

Managing property as though we live there

Our mission is to make places better and deliver a brilliant residential property management experience. As property professionals, we created Encore in 2004 following our own experience of receiving poor management and the difficulty of finding a managing agent with the right aptitude and attitude. We chose the name Encore because it symbolises a great performance - which is what we strive to deliver. From the beginning we've adopted the philosophy of ‘taking care of your property as though we live there'.

Professional service through a proactive approach

Our approach is based on the following principles:

- Quality people with time to manage

- Operational structure and rigour

- Well-honed systems that work

- Maintenance and compliance under control

- Financial control

- Professionalism and pride

We work WITH you.
