Empty Property Hunters
Real Estate in United Kingdom
Overview
At Empty Property Hunters, we are a research-led residential property acquisition company that uses social media to incentivise the public to report empty and neglected homes in their local community.
Our skilled in-house tracing and research team employs proven methods to locate property owners and approach them about potential sales.
We specialise in acquiring properties in poor condition and transforming them into beautifully refurbished family homes which are then typically sold to local families.
With over 300,000 empty homes in England, we believe the solution to the UK housing crisis should prioritize revitalizing existing homes, rather than just building new ones.
We are committed to restoring empty and neglected homes and playing a part to bring more of these properties back into circulation and play a small part to help ease Britain’s chronic housing shortage.
