EmployMe is the first recruitment tool to allow Job Seekers to showcase both their personalities and skills to potential Employers by presenting themselves in a short video.

Rather than spending hours customising cover letters, Job Seekers build their profile by adding their skills, education, work history, upload their CV then sit back and wait for the job offers to come pouring in.

By providing Employers a glimpse of a Job Seeker’s personality via their video resume, Employers can determine whether the individual would fit within the culture of their organisation from the outset, streamlining the entire recruitment process.

Employers can search the EmployMe database of 1000s of Job Seekers, view individual profiles and video resumes and create shortlists of candidates, all for free. Once an Employer has a list of suitable candidates, they purchase and redeem EmployMe credits to obtain an individual’s contact details for immediate or future use.
