Emphri

Emphri is an AI Self-Companion designed specifically to support people with intellectual disabilities in their everyday lives.

Emphri helps people build confidence and independence by supporting daily routines, communication, learning, and decision-making - in a way that is respectful, predictable, and person-centred.

Built with input from self-advocates, families, caregivers, and community organizations, Emphri is designed to complement human support, not replace it. The platform prioritizes safety, clarity, and responsible use of AI, recognizing the importance of trust when introducing technology into community living and developmental support environments.

Emphri is delivered through service organizations and community partners, with a focus on real-world usability, ethical adoption, and measurable outcomes that support independence and quality of life. Deployment in community settings is supported in collaboration with AISComp Foundation, a not-for-profit organization focused on training, ethical oversight, and safe adoption of assistive AI.

Mission: To empower people with intellectual disabilities to live with greater confidence, independence, and dignity through thoughtful and responsible technology.

Emphri is developed and operated by Emphri Technologies Inc., a Canadian company.
