We are a social enterprise improving the health and economic resilience of farmers and workers in global supply chains. Through partnerships with cooperatives and companies in cocoa, coffee, fresh produce, nuts, and cotton, we provide affordable healthcare solutions while collecting high-quality social, health, and economic data for sustainability reporting.

Our approach enables supply chain partners to meet ethical sourcing regulations, mitigate human rights risks, and strengthen farmer well-being. We combine our offline-first digital platform with sustainable healthcare financing strategies, ensuring that farmers can access healthcare without further falling into poverty.

We operate in Madagascar, Ghana, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, Ecuador, and Venezuela, providing healthcare access and financial protection to 30,000+ people and facilitating 12,000+ treatments. Our model supports businesses in complying with global sustainability regulations while creating a scalable, long-term solution for healthcare in agricultural communities.
