EIM manage those assets worldwide including London, Shanghai and Hong Kong. with a focus on maximising returns.

EIM provides Miss Zhang with a leading asset management service covering all aspects of real estate and property management across her global portfolio. We specialise in super -prime commercial and residential properties advising on managing risk and long term strategies for improving performance.

Acquisitions / 并购

EIM is involved in the entire acquisition process from strategy, identification, negotiation, due-diligence, financing, legal and closing. We have completed several significant deals , adding landmark buildings and trophy assets to Miss Zhang’s portfolio.

We are actively seeking new projects and at any one time are managing several schemes simultaneously. One of our current projects is the redevelopment of the former Averard Hotel in Lancaster Gate, London W2. The magnificent Grade II listed building will be converted into ten luxury apartments totalling 28,500 sq ft The interiors will exude grandeur, elegance and glamour. Located next to Hyde Park, the higher floors have some of the most beautiful views of Hyde Park and surrounding area.
