Duke

For over 20 years, Duke has supported organizations across Canada and the United States with specialized engineering, technical talent and project expertise.

Today, we work across defence, shipbuilding, marine, aerospace and industrial sectors, providing clients with flexible access to the technical capability they need through two complementary solutions:

Technical Talent & Workforce Solutions

We provide specialized professionals to augment client teams, from individual specialists to larger project teams. Our expertise spans engineering and design, naval and marine disciplines, project management, production support, ILS and sustainment, and other specialized technical roles. We support contract and permanent requirements, including security-cleared personnel.

Project-Based Engineering & Technical Services

Duke also delivers defined engineering and technical scopes, including engineering and design, production support, technical documentation, project management, ILS and sustainment.

As an established supplier supporting Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy, we understand the demands of complex, long-term defence and shipbuilding programs.

We are continuing to grow our presence across the U.S. defense and shipbuilding market while expanding our aerospace capabilities, building on more than two decades of experience across North America.

Whether the requirement is one specialized professional, an integrated technical team or a defined project scope, Duke provides the right technical capability and delivery model when our clients need it - without the need to permanently carry additional capacity.
