BÜDOTEK, girişimcilerin Ar-Ge, inovasyon ve iş birliği yeteneklerini geliştirerek yarattıkları katma değeri arttırmak amacıyla, Boğaziçi Üniversitesinin akademik kadrosu ile araştırma alt yapısını ve Dudullu Organize Sanayi Bölgesinin üretim imkanlarını birleştirmek suretiyle yüksek nitelikli Ar-Ge çalışmaları yapılmasını hedeflemektedir.
