Dualit Ltd

Dualit, a family owned British manufacturer creating iconic kitchen appliances, engineered to last.

Born from one man’s passion for invention, Dualit was founded by Max Gort-Barten in 1945. More than 80 years later, that same single-minded vision continues to shape everything we do: thoughtful innovation, precision engineering, timeless design and products made for a lifetime of use.

Best known for our iconic, repairable Classic Toaster, Dualit has built a reputation for appliances that are made differently with no gimmicks and no compromise. From award-winning toasters and kettles to coffee machines, milk frothers, food preparation and hot chocolate makers, every product is designed with durability, performance and longevity in mind.

Our commitment to quality extends beyond our appliances. At our factory in West Sussex, we produce our own coffee pods and hot chocolate, bringing the same care and attention to everything we make.

Family-owned and proudly British, Dualit continues to combine generations of engineering expertise with considered innovation, creating products that earn their place in the kitchen and are built to stay there.

No gimmicks. No compromise. It must be Dualit.
