Kirazlı Project;

Our Kirazlı Gold Project in Turkey represents a significant near-term source of low cost production growth. Kirazli is one of the highest return, undeveloped gold projects in any gold price environment.

Kirazlı is situated 25km to the northwest of Aği Daği, with both projects located in the Çanakkale Province in the Biga Peninsula of northwestern Turkey, some 250km by air southwest of Istanbul or 800km west of Ankara, Turkey’s capital. The Company maintains an administrative office in Ankara, Turkey, and exploration offices in Etili and Sogutalan, both small towns located in the Çan District of Turkey. Infrastructure in close proximity to the project is excellent. The Kirazlı property consists of 1,999.56 hectares of mineral tenure in one contiguous licenses. Mineral rights for all concessions comprising the Turkish assets are controlled by Doğu Biga Madencilik San. Tic. A.Ş., Turkish subsidiary of the Company.

Ağı Dağı and Çamyurt Projects;

Ağı Dağı is located approximately 50km southeast of Çanakkale. Kirazlı and the early stage Çamyurt Project are located approximately 25km northwest and 4km south, respectively from Ağı Dağı. Infrastructure in close proximity to the project is excellent.

The Ağı Dağı property currently consists of a total of 6,320.20 hectares of mineral tenure in one operation license. Mineral rights for all concessions comprising the Turkish assets are controlled by Doğu Biga Madencilik San. Tic. A.Ş., Turkish subsidiary of the Company
