Disperator's business dates back to the 1940s, and although there have been other products in the range, food waste grinders have always been the core business. With over 70 years of experience, we have built up the knowledge that has made us specialists in the production, development and distribution of equipment for efficient handling and source sorting of food waste.

Our vision: Regardless of where food waste arises - in the kitchen or in the food industry - in households or in commercial kitchens - on land or at sea - we at Disperator should be able to offer equipment for efficient handling, volume reduction and source sorting of this waste, which is now also a resource for biogas production. Depending on the conditions in the customer's environment, this must be possible both with and without rinsing water for transport and subsequent recycling (digestion as well as composting).
