Devine Group
Construction
Overview
Devine Group is a civil engineering and construction business based in Surrey, established in 1974 by Jim Devine and built steadily ever since.
We deliver quality civil engineering and construction, the groundworks and civils behind lasting infrastructure, housing and communities. We work alongside some of the biggest names in UK housebuilding, including Barratt Home, Dandara, Crest Nicholson and Persimmon Homes, and we deliver at real pace, including 160 homes in five months.
The way we run the business has stayed consistent for over fifty years. Minimal debt, cash reserves and steady reinvestment, so our focus stays on the work rather than the next deal. It's part of why some of our client relationships have lasted as long as 30 years.
Sustainability, community and quality sit behind everything we build. Or, as we have always put it, our reputation is our business.
Alongside the civil engineering work, the group includes J Devine Plant Hire, Devine Homes and Devine IAC.
