Design Factory

About Design Factory

Founded in December 2023 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Design Factory (DF) is a privately owned architecture and engineering firm providing integrated design services for complex projects.

From the beginning, DF has been structured to combine design quality, technical discipline, and reliable project delivery.

Our practice focuses on real estate development projects, including mixed-use, hospitality, residential, and large-scale developments.

Our Vision

To become a recognized regional design and engineering platform, delivering well-designed, technically sound, and practical projects that meet international standards while responding to local conditions.

Our Mission

To support our clients as a reliable design and engineering partner, providing clear, coordinated, and end-to-end services from concept to implementation.

We focus on understanding client goals, operational needs, and regulatory requirements to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and without unnecessary risk.

Our Service Model

Design Factory works with an integrated service model, bringing architectural and engineering disciplines together within one organization.

This approach allows us to manage coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP systems effectively, reduce technical conflicts, and support faster and more controlled decision-making throughout the project process. Our teams are organized to scale according to project size and complexity.

This approach also supports effective value engineering, allowing design decisions to be evaluated in terms of cost, performance, and long-term operational efficiency without compromising design intent.
