DeltaX Propulsion

DeltaX Propulsion is an advanced materials and aerospace engineering company developing technologies for demanding space, defense, and high-performance applications.

We work at the intersection of materials science, aerospace systems, testing, and qualification—helping organizations solve problems where thermal extremes, electromagnetic interference, harsh environments, weight, reliability, and mission survivability matter.

Our work spans areas including EMI/EMC, thermal protection, advanced coatings, fire and environmental protection, lightweight material systems, materials qualification, and aerospace component development. We combine materials expertise with systems-level engineering to help move technologies from early development through testing, validation, and real-world application.

DeltaX was founded around a longer-term vision for next-generation spacecraft propulsion. Our propulsion research explores the use of advanced carbon nanomaterials and electrospray technologies to create compact, efficient, and scalable electric propulsion systems for small spacecraft.

That same research philosophy now extends across the company: understand the environment, engineer the material or system around the mission requirement, test it rigorously, and iterate until it performs.

Our long-term goal is to build DeltaX into an advanced aerospace technology company capable of developing the materials, subsystems, and propulsion technologies required for increasingly capable and resilient spacecraft and autonomous systems.

From advanced materials to propulsion, we are building technologies for environments where failure is not an option.
