Delta Real Estate

DELTA REAL ESTATE is part of DELTA HOLDING, one of the most successful private business systems in Southeastern Europe.

DELTA REAL ESTATE is a leading real estate investor and developer in Southeastern Europe, with a diversified portfolio of shopping malls, hotels, offices, industrial and logistics centers, and mixed-use assets across the Balkans.

We built the first international-style shopping malls in Serbia and Montenegro, shaping a new urban lifestyle and setting new standards for commercial development. Today, our DELTA PLANET brand operates in three countries, while our hospitality portfolio includes prestigious hotel brands: INTERCONTINENTAL, CROWNE PLAZA, RADISSON COLLECTION, and INDIGO.

We are the company behind the complete reconstruction of SAVA CENTAR – the largest congress, cultural, and business center in the region.

We continue to shape urban development with a new €1 billion investment cycle, which includes three flagship projects:

DELTA DISTRICT – a luxury mixed-use complex in Belgrade, featuring two residential towers with five-star services, a premium office building, and the return of the InterContinental Belgrade hotel.

DELTA IRON – a modern business hub in Novi Sad designed for the needs of innovative companies, with flexible layouts and ESG-aligned construction.

DELTA LAND – a next-generation mixed-use project in central Belgrade, combining residential, retail, and business in one of the city's most valuable urban zones.

Our in-house team of experts – civil, architectural, and electrical engineers, legal and leasing professionals, sales, marketing, finance, controlling, and maintenance – ensures excellence from concept to long-term operations.

We bring luxury to every detail and build in line with the highest ESG principles and certifications, including EU Taxonomy, LEED, BREEAM, and WELL.
