A Saudi-led platform is emerging to advance a national movement for healthy buildings aligned with Vision 2030—focused on transforming public health by optimizing the spaces where people live, work, learn & heal.

Rooted in science and driven by impact, this platform is structured around three strategic pillars:

𝟭. 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Supporting WELL certifications, local product compliance (Works with WELL), and workforce development through WELL AP training and career pathways.

𝟮. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: In collaboration with academic partners and global research initiatives, evidence-based frameworks are being adapted to Saudi conditions.

𝟯. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Scalable healthy building strategies are being developed, including technologies designed for local integration and future manufacturing potential.

This effort is being positioned within some of the Kingdom’s most visionary giga-projects—extending beyond certification frameworks to include professional and public education, localized research, and integrated solutions tailored to large-scale developments such as NEOM, Misk, and other landmark initiatives.

Collaborations with national organizations highlight a growing commitment to Saudi talent and the ambition to position KSA as a global hub for health and well-being in the built environment.

This is not simply a response to change, but part of a broader shift toward shaping a healthier, more resilient future for the Kingdom and beyond.
