Delhaize Belgium

Working at Delhaize

People can’t live without food — that’s for sure. But food is also a celebration. Our best moments with friends and family are often centered around food. Taking care of those moments — that’s our job at Delhaize.

At Delhaize, we believe that a better life starts with better food for everyone. When you work at Delhaize, you’re part of a strong Belgian brand — healthy, high-quality, and full of surprises. That’s just Delhaize.

We keep one foot firmly rooted in more than 150 years of experience, while the other moves forward with the rhythm of modern life. That’s also just Delhaize. But what we accomplish every day is anything but ordinary. With more than 800 stores and passionate colleagues across our head office and distribution centers, we go all out to help our stores grow and thrive.

Delhaize may be a large company, but it feels like a close-knit family — a pride of lions. Colleagues who add flavor to your workday. People you can rely on, and leadership that helps you grow. With attention to detail and care for one another. We offer a clearly defined playing field, yet enough freedom to do your job in your own way. That’s just Delhaize.

Did you know that Delhaize, with over 150 years of history, is the oldest supermarket in Belgium? Our longevity is thanks in part to our ability to adapt to an ever-changing world.

What hasn’t changed? Our passion for filling our customers’ carts, baskets, and bags with delicious, healthy food. We do this with young talent and seasoned experts — each of us bringing our own culture, background, experience, and skills. That diversity makes us strong. That makes us proud lions. #ProudToBeALion

Because yes, that’s just Delhaize — the place where you’ll find, or may already have found, your dream job.
