Overview
DEKA Plastik is a wholly Turkish-owned industrial company developing and manufacturing high-performance compounds for the cable industry.
Established in 1987, with HFFR compound production beginning in 2007, we combine materials expertise with an understanding of evolving cable requirements. From our modern facility in Türkiye, with 3,500 m² of enclosed production space and an annual production capacity of 25,000 tonnes, we supply cable manufacturers worldwide with compounds and technical support.
Our portfolio includes thermoplastic HFFR, crosslinkable HFFR (XL-HFFR), XLPO, XLPE and specialty cable compounds. Alongside our standard grades, we develop tailored formulations for different cable constructions, processing conditions and performance requirements.
Our experience spans power and energy, control, data and telecommunications, solar and renewable energy, automation and robotics, railway, marine and offshore, building and infrastructure, machinery, moving systems and specialist industrial cable applications.
Our development approach considers cable construction, extrusion processes, mechanical and thermal performance, environmental resistance, fire performance requirements and international standards together. We work with customers as a technical partner, considering the cable, compound and process as an integrated system.
