Decathlon

We are Decathlon.

We bring people together through sport to make wellbeing accessible to all.

Since 1976, we have worked to make the benefits of sport affordable, inclusive and accessible to as many people as possible. Today, 103,000 teammates across 80+ territories bring that ambition to life every day.

As a global multi-sport, multi-specialist company, we create products and experiences for everyone, from beginners to top athletes. Our expertise and constant drive to innovate help more people find their own way into sport.

Because sport goes far beyond performance. It creates connection and builds confidence. That belief shapes what we create and the role we want to play in the communities around us.

It also pushes us to rethink how our products are designed and how long they can be enjoyed, with circular models such as repair and resale becoming an increasingly important part of the way we work.

Behind it all is a culture shaped by the values we share: Vitality and Generosity, Responsibility and Authenticity.

One belief brings us together: sports belong to everyone. It looks different for each of us and that's exactly our point.
