Davy Textiles Ltd has been recycling fibrous materials since 1895, making us one of the world's longest-established textile recyclers. With over 130 years of experience, we have developed unrivalled expertise across natural, synthetic, and high-performance fibres, helping customers source sustainable, cost-effective raw materials while providing responsible recycling solutions for textile waste.

We work with more than 30 fibre types across the technical, synthetic, and natural fibre sectors. Our expertise ranges from traditional fibres such as wool, silk, cashmere, cotton, alpaca to general synthetics - polyester, nylon, and polypropylene - through to advanced technical materials including Para-Aramid, Meta-Aramid, Preox, Carbon fibre, PBO, PBI, P84, PPS, PTFE, HMPE, PAN, LCP, antistat, acrylic, and many other specialist materials.

We supply recycled fibres, staple fibres, filament yarns, spun yarns, and customised fibre blends to customers worldwide. Our processing capabilities include opening, short cut, scouring, garnetting, carding, blending, random cutting, precision cutting of tows/tops, yarn recovery, crimping, and synthetic staple fibre production.

These capabilities allow us to develop fibre grades tailored to customer requirements, including fibre length, openness, blend composition, colour, and processing characteristics. Quality, flexibility, and sustainability are central to everything we do, with every stage of production monitored to ensure consistency and control.

In addition to fibre recycling and processing, Davy Textiles actively purchases and markets fibres, yarns, textile by-products, and production waste streams, helping maximise material value and support the circular economy.
