Building Scotland's AI Future

DataVita is currently at the heart of one of the most significant infrastructure projects in the UK: the Lanarkshire AI Growth Zone.

As the delivery partner for Scotland's first AI Growth Zone, we are building 500MW of hyperscale, AI-ready data centre capacity on our North Lanarkshire site, backed by over £8.2 billion in private investment and powered by more than 1GW of privately wired renewable energy. Developed alongside AI cloud firm CoreWeave and supported by the UK Government's Modern Industrial Strategy, the project will create over 3,400 jobs and deliver a £543 million Community Fund for North Lanarkshire.
