CTC Contractors, LLC

Founded in 2010 by Ashley and Josh Crescenzi, CTC Contractors began with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial construction. What started with restaurant, retail, office, and industrial design-build projects has evolved into a diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, automotive, financial, hospitality, capital improvements, and ground-up developments.

Today, we are proud to be one of the fastest-growing and most respected general contractors in the Greater Houston area, offering turnkey solutions from project management to full-scale execution.

As a woman-owned business, we take a hands-on approach to ensure every project is executed with precision and care. With the leadership of President Casey Rincon, who joined CTC in 2014, we continue to raise the bar, bringing innovation, efficiency, and a client-first mentality to every build.

Our in-house Drywall and Millwork divisions give us complete control over quality and craftsmanship, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Whether launching a new concept, expanding your business, or developing from the ground up, CTC Contractors is your trusted partner to deliver spaces that reflect vision, innovation, and lasting impact.
