Yes, we are expert Air Conditioning, Chiller & Ventilation Specialists, so if that is what you are looking for you have come to the right place.

HOWEVER, if you are looking for a company that just services a unit and doesn’t work with you to provide a more integrated service for your client, you should probably leave now. Because that is not what we are about.

We are not about just adding manpower, we are about adding a huge amount of value. And we have a big vision – to change the way things are done in this industry.

If you are a Building Services Manager, we get you. We get that times are tough. Margins are being squeezed. Profits are dropping and yet expectations from clients are rising.

We get that you want specialist partners who can come up with the innovative, sustainable solutions being demanded of you.

After several years in senior management in this industry, I saw first-hand how much pressure you are under and I got a really good feel for what needed to change.

So here’s how we are the SAME:

We do Air Conditioning and Chillers. Brilliantly.

Here’s how we are DIFFERENT:

We are here to make a difference.

We challenge the norm. We’re not interested in how things have been done before, only how we can use the technology and resources available now and in the future to get a great result for our clients.

We value building relationships, listening to our clients and finding better solutions for them.

We work with FMs who want to bring more services in house, by providing high-quality support and training for their own engineers.

We help implement innovative ‘smart’ technology to deliver a more efficient, cost-effective service, whilst adding real value and increasing profit margins.

We are everything you would want a ‘partner’ to be. And we call it co-sourcing.

If you are an FM or an engineer and can see how exciting this fresh approach is, and would like to be a part of it, please get in touch.
