Consol Associates

Incorporated in 1989, Consol Associates is not just about cost management, cost planning and cost control but the practice is all about completing project developments at the best costs, on time and of utmost quality. At Consol Associates, we understand that the success of any project is not achieved in isolation but by the right balancing of development factors. This is achieved through the deployment of highly trained, ethical cost and procurement professionals.

The growth strategy of the firm has been hinged on the never ending improvement of service delivery, proper motivation and training of our human capital, adoption of best practices and the provision of an enabling environment that would engender creativity. This we believe would create value and satisfaction that is hard to get elsewhere for our clients.

Though located in Nigeria, we continually strive to ensure that our services compete favourably with that obtainable in the international market. With offices strategically located in Lagos, Abuja and Kaduna, we are positioned to take our services yet further while spreading the experience of the Consol advantage.

Consol Associates is a corporate member of the London based Commonwealth Association of Surveyors and Land Economist (CASLE), and the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (N.I.Q.S).
