Come Together Community Support

Founded in 2019, we are a community-led organisation built on a simple belief: when people come together with the right support, lives and communities can change for the better.

We partner with local councils and central government to deliver practical, person-centred support that strengthens independence, wellbeing, and long-term stability. Our work is shaped by collaboration bringing together public sector partners, communities, and lived experience to create support that truly works.

Community support sits at the heart of everything we do. From day-to-day guidance to structured programmes, we help individuals feel connected, confident, and supported to move forward at their own pace.

We believe the most effective services are human, inclusive, and sustainable. That’s why we focus on trust, strong relationships, and long-term impact not just short-term outcomes.

By working in partnership and supporting people in meaningful ways, we help build stronger individuals, stronger communities, and a more resilient future.
