Cimbali Group

We are an Italian multinational company specializing in the design and production of professional espresso machines and equipment dedicated to the coffee world.

The focus of our offer is also and above all value-added services for the needs of each segment and each professional: in 2023, more than 5 percent of the group's turnover is invested in research and development of new cutting-edge technologies and digitization of processes and services.

The Group, which includes the LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer and Casadio brands, operates through four production plants in Italy and one in the United States (in Seattle, where the machines are produced under the Slayer brand), employing a total of more than 900 employees and a distribution network present in more than 130 countries with 13 subsidiaries and 700 distributors worldwide.

After more than a century of history made of passion, tradition and coffee culture, Cimbali Group now presents itself with a renewed vision that places People at the center and sustainability as the driving force behind a business model that sees collaboration, diversity equity and inclusion as the key to future growth.

At the core of our corporate culture is the belief that diversity enriches us and propels us forward. The wide variety of experiences and talents within our People is the cornerstone of our success and we eagerly anticipate welcoming more motivated individuals to join us in making a difference. We recognize that the capabilities, including skills, abilities, and talents, of each individual are of immense value to our organization.

Our commitment to spreading espresso coffee culture and promoting the local area led to the foundation of the MUMAC Coffee Machine Museum in 2012, the first and largest permanent exhibition dedicated to the history, world and culture of espresso machines, located within our headquarters in Binasco (Milan). MUMAC is home to MUMAC Academy, a training, promotion and research center.
