Churchill Living Ltd

Churchill Living is an award-winning, privately owned and family run British company, voted Most Outstanding Retirement Housing Operator in the UK for eight years running.

We have built over 160 retirement living developments across the country. Headquartered in Ringwood, Hampshire and with regional offices in Byfleet, St Albans, Bromsgrove and Warrington, and a satellite office in Exeter.

We specialise exclusively in developing attractive, purpose-built one and two bedroom retirement apartments in the UK. Our retirement developments are designed to take away all the hassle and fears that can be experienced by older people and replace them with a new lifestyle that provides security, peace of mind and independence.

Our success is built primarily upon the people who work for and with Churchill Retirement Living and in 2019 we are immensely proud to announce that we have been ranked as the 2nd Best Company to Work for in the UK in the Sunday Times Top 100 list - up two places from 2018 and our best ranking to date!

In 2016, we also won the coveted Housebuilder of the Year from WhatHouse? This is the most highly respected accolade in the housebuilding industry and we are the first retirement specialist to win the award. 2019 also saw us scoop Gold for Best Medium Housebuilder - a testament to the hard work and dedication shown by our Colleagues at all levels.
