Catalytic Consulting

Catalytic Consulting is a transformation architecture firm built for organizations navigating enterprise modernization, data transformation, and AI adoption. We are not a traditional consulting firm. We provide structural leadership for IT executives and leaders responsible for executing AI initiatives, reducing operational spend, shortening delivery cycles, and intelligently managing headcount dependency. Most AI initiatives do not fail because of the technology. They fail because the architecture is fragmented: data strategy is disconnected from execution, AI is deployed without governance, operating models are not designed for autonomy, and vendors execute tasks without anyone owning the full system. Catalytic Consulting closes that gap by helping leaders connect data foundations, AI capabilities, governance, operating models, and execution into one unified system. We help organizations modernize their foundations, govern intelligent systems, and scale toward the agentic enterprise.

Core Capabilities:

• Data & AI Strategy: We define the data foundations, AI roadmaps, and execution priorities required to support intelligent, scalable operations.

• Agentic Transformation: We design the systems, guardrails, workflows, and governance structures needed to move from static automation to agent-led execution.

• Operational Governance: We establish ownership, accountability, and control across data ecosystems, AI models, platforms, vendors, and delivery teams.

• Operating Model Design: We build the organizational structures, decision rights, and delivery architectures required to sustain transformation at scale.
