Capitum Connect

Capitum Connect is a capital advisory & investment firm focused on real estate, hospitality and PropTech, operating across the UK, Europe, Middle East, US and Asia.

We work with a select number of developers, operators, asset owners and founders each year, helping them become investment-ready and connect with aligned capital partners.

Our philosophy is simple:

Investors don't need more opportunities, they need better opportunities.

Before accepting a mandate, we conduct extensive review of the business, management team, strategy, financials and investment materials. We regularly decline opportunities or advise businesses to postpone fundraising until they are better positioned for capital.

This disciplined approach allows us to maintain a highly curated pipeline of opportunities that have been properly assessed, structured and positioned before they reach investors.

Our work includes:

• Capital strategy and fundraising preparation

• Equity and debt capital advisory

• Investor relations and market positioning

• Strategic partnerships

• Cross-border investor engagement

• Real estate, hospitality and PropTech opportunities

Investors never pay us. We are engaged by operators, developers and founders to prepare, position and present opportunities to aligned capital partners.

Capitum is also evolving into a hybrid advisory and investment platform through selective principal investment activity alongside its advisory business.

Quality over volume. Long-term relationships over transactions.
