Camp Kaizen
Wellness and Fitness Services in United Kingdom
Overview
Camp Kaizen is the UK's original hybrid training camp set in the heart of the British countryside.
We provide a fully equipped, bespoke platform to train with up to 20 likeminded athletes in a beautiful part of the UK (Lake District in 2026).
Designed for individuals who want to push their boundaries, Camp Kaizen blends simple yet intense and varied training with the power of nature and the camaraderie of like-minded individuals in a group setting.
We help people to unlock new levels of physical fitness, mental resilience, and lifelong healthy habits (the philosophy of Kaizen), whilst giving back to the local communities we operate in.
Upcoming Camps:
Camp Kaizen - Core Training Camp – Lake District – 30 April 2026
Camp Kaizen - Masters / 35+ Camp - Lake District - 14 May 2026
